The following 4 services are offered either individually or as a full service:
Standard Service (CMC 1)
- Liaise with client regarding property finance requirements
- Assess information and transaction
- Compile and submit a comprehensive finance application
- Facilitate negotiation process between nominated financial institutions and client
- Assess respective approvals (ie, analysis of conditions of finance and advise on merit of financial offers)
Structured Service (CMC 2)
- All offered in CMC 1
- Structure transactions for favourable consideration by financial institutions.
Project Service (CMC 3)
- All offered in CMC 1 and 2
- Attend all site meetings to assess progress
- Process progress payments
- Ensure that payments are made timeously
- Monitor actual cost vs budget on feasibility
Portfolio Service (CMC 4)
Total assessment of client’s portfolio to include the following:
- Company structure and family tree
- Assess bank exposures on portfolio
- Assess collateral security offered on loans
- Assess and compile group cash flow, prior to new project
